Michele Azzone, originally from Torre Annunziata, has lived in Dakar for 28 years, where he works and exports fresh fish to Italy. This sector attracts several Italian entrepreneurs but, in recent years, the market has suffered a decline due to the difficulty in finding the material first: fish.
